The voice module has a small glitch, so I suspect this was a unit that did not pass Q.C. to be sold by there manufacturer directly or on a major web shopping site. But as it was less than 1/2 price of other new ones offered online I can live with a little tiny stutter. As it was unopened with factory seal intact I am fairly sure the seller did not even know of this minor glitch. Happy buyer here.
