He is a great communicator and ships as soon as he completes the decals. These particular decals are very tiny and that poses some issues especially with curling. That is why he is very courteous in sending more than one set. It took a little experimenting working with them, but I have been successful in applying them to my model. He offered to redo the decals if I had any problems.
