    The best patches

    Rema has always provided high-quality patches for years. If it is being patched in wet weather, or you used water to find the puncture, dry the area first. You roughen the tube a bit with the provided emery, apply the glue and let dry for 5 minutes, then press on the patch, with particular attention to the orange border being attached all around. The patches are much more reliable than the third-party patches and especially compared to the glueless patches. I got this 100-pack because the TT-01/TT-02 pack as sold in most bike shops only has a few patches, and the glue in them can handle a lot more patches (you only apply a thin coat of glue to the tube). Also the price is very reasonable here.

    Patches to small and to thin

    Using on kids bikes the patches are to small, the hole just gets bigger under the patch and keeps leaking. They are super thin. Much thinner than the tube. I
