The tracking for the pin has absolutely NO ENTRIES (like it was never mailed). I do remember receiving an email from the seller about a delay in posting this pin. However after many weeks, I did send an email to the seller about the status of this shipment. I got no explanation reply from the seller, but there was an IMMEDIATE REFUND after my email. It is a hard call as whether Neutral or Positive?
