      This seller is a very honorable and understanding person. I was not able to finish my return because of power failure which made the return invalid. it cancelled it out. I contacted this seller explaining the situation to him. He was more than willing to have me return the product and give a refund. It is not that the item was bad it was just not working with my machine and was causing problems. As soon as the seller received my item he gave the refund immediately just as he said he would.
