    A bit wary of this at first, but have now used it on several occasion, especially while working and it really has done a good job. A bit awkward to fit as it came with no instructions whatsoever, but once you get it right (look online for fitting instructions) it's fine. Pretty surprised to be honest as I didn't really think it would help. But it has. Recommended.

    Not worth it

    Firstly, I would say that if you have a 38inch chest or bigger then the product is definitely not for you. Although the pain in wearing it does mean that it distracts from the shoulder pain. I did manage to wear it for a couple of hours, but it was then unbearable. Of course, once you Velcro the item and pull it off I doubt there is anyway to return it as it clearly has been used. On the plus side if you cut the magnets out you can then attach them to your arm using microporous tape
