    Yummy and convenient!

    I’m gluten and lactose free. I’ve tried many shakes that taste nasty, These shakes are delicious , filling and easy to throw in my bag and go because no refrigerator is needed. I’ve lost 25 lbs having 4 a day and a healthy meal . Following the optifast program. All 3 flavors are really good.

    Optifast 800 ready to drink shake

    This shake has a great texture and taste. It provides all the vitamins and minerals, calories and protein you need. It's a great way to stay healthy when your constantly on the go and don't have time to meal plan. If I've been eating bad I'll switch to opti to get back on a healthy track. It helps me lose or maintain a healthy weight while still feeling good! Highly recommend this product!

    Product formula has been changed!!

    The box said NEW FORMULA. Yech!!!! 🤢. I loved the old formula and have lost 165# on the Optifast plan. I have also maintained that weight loss for the last two years by simply using the product now and then. They should go back to the old formula!!!!! 😐. This stuff just tastes DIET!!!

    Tasty and east to incorporate into a plan.

    I had used Optifast years ago and of any protein drink I have ever tried this one has the best taste. I like to put it in the freezer for about and hour and a half which gives it a thicker consistency.

    Good stuff

    It works!! 5 shakes a day plus exercise and in 1 or 2 months you will have a new body. Your clothes will fit or be too big and you won’t be uncomfortable anymore. The problem is keeping it off. For that I recommend a dietitian to help you learn about food groups. AftertHat you will be on your way to a healthy life style and be happy again. Good luck!!
