They don't answer their phone, or messages sent in a timely manner. I went to purchase a roll of Mylar film, which they said was in stock 3/5/2025 with an estimated delivery date of 3/10/2025 its now 3/20/2025 and still no item. Item finally shipped 3/18/2025 and got stuck in Sacramento CA. I have also written E-bay and No Help out of them either.
