It plays 78 records perfectly as expected. Huge difference in sound quality now that I have the correct 3m stylus tip! Many thanks to the seller.

It simply does not work. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, he asked me for some photos and then simply disappeared. It bothers me greatly that these types of sellers do not take responsibility for anything. The needle traveled all the way to Costa Rica in the hope of receiving what the seller had offered. My supplier said the older version was no longer available but if you remove the needle guard it will work fine. I don't list my items as available for International shipping no sure how he got around that.
