It had three ruffles on it as you can see in the picture...f the fourth ruffle is from a king ruffle duvet I have under it. This is a queen. The sheet sits higher because I have bumpers on either side so toddler doesn't roll off. Thankfully it is cotton as described because I recently bought from a different seller that turned out to be polyester so luckily this sheet was true to description. 👍🏼🙂
