I don't know anything about quality or brands. Shipping time was decent with delivery to door. Note for the beginner ..the bearings come with a metal ring that I didn't use and was nor called for. I am sure I am not the only one that the ring stumped momentarily. Use anti-sleaze and grease in proper spots.
