The Optifast product works! When I want to lose more than 10 lbs., Optifast is my main source of intake. Less than 10 lbs, I replace 1-2 meals daily with an Optifast drink. The taste is good; even better with a single packet of sugar-free strawberry flavoring added to the Optifast. I definitely recommend this seller and the Optifast 800 powder drink!
