- 3***j (26)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseGreat seller, however item wasn't what I'd call "excellent" condition, it was mostly just cosmetic but the hard drive caddies were pretty beat and bent up, one even had one of the plastic side rails completely cracked and nearly falling off. The drives themselves worked perfectly however and were in great condition so I'll only knock a point for the caddies. in the end they didn't end up working for my needs however, but the seller does offers free returns which is awesome! Overall pretty happy!

Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.
