The eyeshadow inside was new and perfect but the outside case within the new box was a sticky disgusting mess. You couldn’t touch it without wanting to throw it away. I don’t know if this is a COVID treatment issue with some cleaning chemical you are using or it has been in an extra hotter than my car warehouse. But wiping it down with an alcohol wipe got rid of the sticky mess.
