Customer called and we were asking questions for clarification. We asked him to send us images and such to figure out what the problem was. He got irate because he didn't want to send images and said that he couldn't do that. Customer then brushes us off the phone and said that he will contact ebay for return. Once request was asked on eBay he was given a return label as per ebay policies.
