They called Senville to request an additional charge for a lift gate truck delivery , which they graciously accepted . In my case, it wasn't necessary as delivery driver and I removed the shrink wrap an unloaded the boxes easily into the back of my truck.

Friday the unit was delivered to my home but I was not home so on Monday FedEx delivered the product. I thought I had awesome service from E-Bay and FedEx. Happy with service and delivery time.
