Works well so far
This product has worked well for me so far. I’ve only used it a few times so can’t speak for longevity but for the price, it has been a great help. Easy to use at home and also small enough when deflated to pack and take along almost anywhere. My neck pain diminishes significantly, even if only temporarily, when this is used. Worth it!

Trying it out
I've had my machine for 3 weeks now so I can't say for sure yet. I'm a 61 yo male with a bit of a belly and a slightly chubby face. I'm concentrating on those areas. I know patience is of the utmost importance since it takes about 12 weeks for your body to flush out thru this process. The machine is the exact one they use at a local medi spa. I am also a licensed Cosmetologist and the price of the machine was less than purchasing a package at the spa. I did originally have 2 RF treatments there, the first being 20 minutes of very lightly circles around my belly, and the second on my sides, above my belt, which was a little firmer. When I administered myself with the new machine, I can be much firmer than the spa. It has been easy to use, but instructions that came in the box are very ... So far so good! I just tried it for the first time and I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. Soft exterior! I was concerned that it wouldn't fit snug enough to be effective because I have a narrow neck but with the Velcro straps, it works great! I suffer from a neck condition called occipital neuralgia that causes horrendous nerve pain type headaches, up the back of my head with very painful stiff knots at the base of my skull. Effective and easy to use
I hoped that it would stretch my neck in order to crack it, but it is more to stabilize your neck. If you have neck pain, this will definitely isolate movement and it's easily adjustable.
