    the product not syncing to my SNES classic was not the seller's fault. however im leaving negative feedback because of the seller's over all attitude when i asked if they could ship the item after it had been 5 days after purchase. When informed that the item would not sync they just ignored me all together hoping the problem would go away. Ebay refunded me thankfully but i'd find a different seller if you want to avoid wasting everyone's time buying form this person!
