      Helps Rationalize Worse-Case Thoughts

      I feel this remedy is effective. It's not a miracle worker by any means, but I've used it to help me calm down when I'm feeling really anxious about a specific concern. I feel like it just helps mellow my mind and process the thoughts rationally versus going straight to a worse-case scenario. It is easy to take with a small, precisely controllable glass dropper. The flavor isn't bad and it goes away quickly. I've added it to beverages and don't taste it (unless it's water, then it's only mildly detectable).

      I’ve been going to acupuncture and they recommend I start taking this. She said it works over time. I haven’t used it Just yet, that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star review. But I’m curious to see what happens.
