      Love it!

      I have very bad oily skin at age 43. 2nd day of taking these, ive noticed a HUGE difference in how oily my skin has not been! I excercise daily and have noticed the cellulite disappearing too! My nails are much stronger, but im not sure about how healthy it makes your hair as i am extremely rough with my long hair. Its too hot here so im constantly putting it up in a ponytail or a bun, but i will say im not losing as much hair after showering as i used to before taking it. Ive also noticed a huge decrease in my knee pain and arthritis!

      My finger nails have improved immensely since taken multi collagen capsules (22502mg). They are much stronger and do not chip, crack or break. I actually have to file my nails every month now as they grow so quickly. My hair seems to be fuller now, too. I have been taking this daily for the past year. However, I could see good results within the first month of taking them.
