    This item isn't authentic time period pennant! It's a photocopy on a cardstock paper! Once received & discovered - reported to seller. After many arguments - seller agreed to accept a return. Negligently or deliberately provided a wrong shipping label, where senders' address was on the center of the envelope, instead of receivers' address. Item Fake, no return shipping label provided. Ebay refunded the money. Very disappointed... Think twice prior to purchasing anything from this seller...
