    Most definitely not a positive purchase experience. Return Request was required immediately upon receiving the damaged, crushed, broken DVD Collection Set. ~ Damage was the very obvious result of insufficient, inappropriate packaging in a used Amazon soft paper envelope. Seller’s, thehomeinspector13 response was [quote] "You gotta love the Post Office.” 🤨 A bit of effort and proper packaging would have entirely prevented damage, saved resources and eliminated my time-consuming inconvenience.

    Seller's BEWARE! After a full refund & multiple apologies, this buyer was the most difficult eBayer I have ever dealt with. Item was packaged as I always package my items, secure and in the appropriate vessel. Once I ship the item, it is out of my control. It is common knowledge that the Post Office mishandles packages. At the end of the day, he showed me no proof of damage even after I provided a refund. I wouldn't be surprised if this buyer has done this before to other sellers.
