Seller was local so pickup was done about 1 hour after I placed the order. The chair honestly looks better than the ebay images(some iffy lighting) and is in perfect working order. Chair still had original HM sticker on it. Only negative thing I can say is there are like 3 scuffs on the frame but these are negligible IMO. Highly recommend this seller for aftermarket HM products.

The merchant responded right away to my concern and sent a new part with installation instructions, no questions asked. I have not changed the part yet but I am monitoring if the sinking continues, this may have just been part of me getting used to it. Overall this chair was spotless and in working order. The best chair I have ever purchased.

This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.

The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO. I was lucky my item managed to somehow arrive undamaged.New In Box Dayton 30E986 Desk Mover, 600 Lb. Cap, 16"D X 32"W X 10-1/4"H (#186871793237)
