It functions well and the fit is right (I'm 5'6"). However, it's obvious to me it was manufactured on a rushed assembly line when I looked inside it. Two gripes I have is I had to take off the mounting hardware for the seat back and squeeze it in a vise to make the mounts fit snugly, and the velcro strip to secure the back cover flap was stapled an inch too low, so I'll have to fix that as well.
