Communication was slow from the seller, but they did try to find a solution to the problem. The item finally arrived 2 days later than the timeframe given. I unpacked it and it was folded tightly and crammed in box. Luckily it didn’t have any lasting damage or creasing. Would suggest seller rethink how they package playmats.
