    Dog chewed up earbud. This replacement one appearance is identical and works great. Took a few tries to sync and update. Then it connected and is happy. Connected to off brand phone to double test. Works great. This is a great value vs buying a whole new pair.

    It took a few internet videos to figure it out but basically you have to delete the current buds from the Wearables app, I put the missing ear bud into the charging case, you touch both at the same time until the light turns greens and then connect them. You might have to end up "updating" them because of a "software difference" but it DEFINITELY works! I would totally recommend this seller, 10/10 experience!

    Fantastic. I've been missing one of mine for years and always meant to get around to getting a replacement. I even had a warranty but my forgetfulness made it eventually expire before I could take advantage of it. Silly me. Anyway, I did mistakenly select Black color when I should have selected Grey to match my old one, but they're close enough that I don't even care to try to get it swapped, and also my mistake. Thank you! 🎉
