    The Howard Miller clock arrived in better condition than described in the ad, is a beautiful addition to my home, and works perfectly. Great price. I thought I'd need to clean it and polish it, but I had no need to do so. The only reason for me giving the seller negative feedback is that I sent him three emails through EBAY asking questions and never got an acknowledgment. The product itself was extremely well packaged and arrived undamaged. Poor communication, great clock.
