Didn’t respond to questions about finish for weeks, no communication re when we could take delivery, and delivery company used were absolutely inflexible when I said the delivery time was unsuitable and insisted on delivering it come what may by dumping it outside house. Absolutely no protective packaging or delivery note or delivery confirmation so very lucky it was a dry day. No contact was made from seller after this time had gone. I messaged and called several times and no response. Raised it with ebay and still no response from seller so requested a refund which I did receive. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving the seat. Poor service and communication - well actually no service or communication!
