    Not as described, mug defective, fabric not like new, no useful/clear response from the seller but questioning and doubting of my claim. Shipping was also expensive. This was supposed to be a gift, very disappointed.

    Not truthful, was as described, fabric like new with no wear, stains or use. Was homemade by someone else. If fabric quality didn't meet your expectations, that is your opinion versus mine. You said cup had a chip, I said sorry, I had packed it well & it would be covered by the fabric piece that turned it into a pencil holder. Freight was actual, cup & packing, box big & heavy, USPS charges alot. I did not question or doubt your claim. Was asking $38 Sold for $15. No follow up by you.
