First, the item was never processed(tracking showed it stayed for 1 week in USPS) until the estimated arrival date when I contacted the seller. They updated the arrival time, telling me they sent the "best-condition" PSU. It arrived, broken, When messaged, all they said was "our shipping must pull it from wrong shelf", then sent me a return label which USPS denied, and stopped replying when I contacted them for a solution. Shipping was a tad frustrating because it's not free and says delivery in 2-4 days in the listing. Label was created the next day, but wasn't even shipped until three days after purchase, and did not arrive until nine days after purchase. To pay $10 in shipping and expected in 2-4 days per the listing, that expectation was not met. Other than that, good transaction.
