  • Small Mulberry sprout (Morus alba)

This is a small sprout still. It will be about 5 to 7 years before it bears fruit, depending on watering. I planted it in a pot until it is large enough to plant here in the Arizona desert. It will attract MANY species of birds, including the local flock of Angolan Parrots (Peach faced lovebirds), and a small local remnant populations of Peccaries in the San Tan Mountains. I am also planting Jojobas (Simondsia chinensis) and Hackberries (Celtis species) which should survive on native rainfall once established.
