Started a new job sitting at my computer all day & starting developing an annoying neck hump. This really helps with that. I suggest buying a heating pad to expand the muscles, then using this neck pillow for 10-30 minutes every night. That’s what I’ve been doing every night & it helps a ton. Great product. Also glad I didn’t spend 3X the price from other resellers too.

It does something, my neck popped once, sometimes I can feel a "strech" in my back. I bought it hoping to correct a neck hump that has started. Not sure it will fix that but I'm optimistic.
