      A good set of earplugs.

      I'm pretty satisfied with these earplugs. Unfortunately I tore up the cheapo keychain plastic case that came with them because I didn't know how to open it. I used these in live band performance recently, they function pretty much as advertised. They mute much of the piercing highs & dBs without sacrificing too much clarity. I will say things did get little muddy when the music got loudest, I think that was at the max noise reduction though. Overrall my ears were protected throughout and I could hear the music better than I would with foam earplugs. The neck cord is a useful accessory also. Good value. I'd buy them again, no major complaints.

      Don't risk your hearing!

      I was really pleased with my Ety plugs. I wore them to really loud concert. I was able to enjoy the musicianship so much more--I could hear each part so clearly with my Ety plugs in. Normally the sound is just too loud, or I have used those cheap plugs which do protect your ears but don't allow you to hear well. I was so impressed! I DID need to adjust them in my ear a bit to get to where I was hearing well. Once in place, they mostly stayed put, requiring very minute adjustment to be in the perfect position perhaps once or twice (after very vigorous dancing).. They were extremely comfortable, I forgot they were there.

      Not bad for the price

      I bought these to lower the volume of the music in spin class. They do lower the volume,while still being able to hear. What I didn't like was the fact that they stick out pretty far-my class is somewhat dark,so not a big issue, but I wouldn't use them everywhere . I have small ears and got the standard fit,maybe would have been better with youth size. I do also wear these when I vacuum.

      Etymotic Ear Plug

      They perform exactly as advertised. I would recomend the lower profile version as the only problem Ive encountered was hitting the protruding "muffler" on things occasionally. That might be a factor in a crowded club. I use mine for shop use around air tools and hammers etc. As previously stated, they work exactly as advertised.
