    Devolvió el artículo sin la caja y por eso este vendedor me acaba de devolver menos de la cantidad que toca devolverme y acaba de poner en eBay como que me mandaron la cantidad total básicamente me están cobrando casi $30 por no haber mandado el artículo en la caja no los recomiendo son unos pesados y no tienen buen servicio al cliente esto no se va a quedar así

    muy buenas noche gracia por su comentario es dificil tratar de brindar un servicio hemos tratado de buscarle todo las formas posible para poder brindar un servicio de calidad pero es algo incomodo lograr esto con algunas personas, en la reclamacion se le dijo que enviara el articulo como mismo le llego al respecto que no le falte nada, y en la condiciones que lo envio no es la correcta, porfavor llame a ebay porque nosotro aceptamos la devolucion y ellos procesar su dinero y retorno
