    My item came in broken. Fools4gold wouldn’t offer any solution to fix situation. No apology, no offer to return, nothing. Seller was being very unprofessional with NO customer service. This is only a $14 item! Imagine if would been more. If seller apologized and offered some help. I wouldn’t of wrote neg. I always tell ppl video opening anything from ebay, just good practice. I video opening from my mailbox and still. He just said “work it out with ebay”. So I did, eBay stepped in favoring me.

    Buyer purchased 14 dollar item after misrepresenting a $2000 piece that I had to return. He only purchased after I left negative feedback. This is clearly retaliation. Please see the buyers profile- truesolutions, to see the timeline. eBay wouldn’t step in, so I authorized the refund. He is now trying to purchase from me under a new account. A lot of revenge happening, and I’m sad about it. Please message me directly for whatever assurances needed.
