The seller did not want to give me a partial refund of the price of a patch ($10), instead offering a free return, which would cost them more. I have provided pictures of the coat in the position seen in their photo, proving the position hides the tear, and pictures of the undamaged packaging, proving it was not torn in transit or by my opening it. Seller says I ripped the coat and am a scammer.
