    This L-Theanine helps us de-stress & sleep instead of tossing & turning! I read info & have been using it for several months as needed. Chewing 1-2 of these is effective in 30 min. This was the best price I found.

    Amazing

    SO GREAT!!!! LOVE THEM and they even taste good lol. These make me fall asleep usually (I don't think that usually happens) because I think it makes me super relaxed. But they are super helpful, especially when I feel anxious and/or wired at night and I know I am gonna have a hard time falling asleep.
