    The bag is beautiful leather but it definitely is NOT a crossbody as you advertised. The handle was described as only 7 inch and when I contacted you about the crossbody strap you responded look at the pictures, which I did. I responded where is the longer strap you said “ it’s too late I already sent the purse.” I’m quite disturbed…it’s only a handbag. Not a crossbody!
