      Delivered ontime and as described

      At first it did not seem to work, my printer would recognize the old print head- with a blocked jet but not the replacement. I had to remove and reinstall several times. Finally after having to buy new ink (existing genuine HP ink was at 50%) it worked and is printing as it should... I hope it lasts. However cost is ridiculously high,(half the price of a new printer) had to struggle with the idea of tossing the printer in this "throw away world we live in."

      Couldn't tell if the problem was with the product or something else with the printer

      We ordered this product because the error message generated by our HP Printer was that the printhead needed to be replaced. The product was delivered within the stated time frame and appeared to be in good working order. Installing the printhead in the printer did not solve the problem and the printer is still not working. We do not have the technical expertise to know if this is because of a problem with the part we purchased, with how we installed it or if there is another problem with the printer. If you are more expert with printer repairs ordering a part like this is probably a good idea because you are more likely to be able to figure out what is going on if the part does not work.

      pleasant surprise

      my printer has some printing issues....it leaked on the paper and used excessive ink, with many error messages ect ect. I decided to give it one more chance before replacing it and took a chance on replacing the "Print Head" it only took a few seconds to take out the old one and put in the new head and put all new ink and it has worked great ever since for the few last weeks all day every day.... a pleasant surprise for sure.... thanks

      Good cartridge

      So far it has worked good, took a while to get it to distribute the ink to all colors but that might be typical for a new print head, this was the first one I had ever changed out. I had to do about 3 or 4 clean print head operations before everything was right. Can't tell a difference in the factory print head once I got everything tuned.

      Exactly what I needed. Removed the broken one, put the new one in. It went thru a startup cycle. I printed a test sheet...test came out perfect. It was a plug and play replacement. I believe genuine parts.
