    I had a very bad experience trying to return an item that was listed as authentic but after inspecting it when it arrived I confirmed that it wasn’t. After a ton of back and forth about returns (where I was told that they didn’t know about the basic refund policies despite being a top seller) they tried to get me to ship it back outside of ebay and they’d refund me on venmo. 2 support calls later (who both agreed they were acting maliciously) and I finally got my refund. So so stressful. 0/10
