    Yolene1010 would not honor contract to purchase plates. After several days after I paid she asked to revise s&h from $13.50 to $23.00. I refused and she stated she wouldn’t pay the extra amount and she cancelled order. I hope she refunded my account. We’ll see. Unprofessionally handled. Was it legal…doubt it. Ignorance or dishonesty propelled her actions. Gives me pause to future purchases. Will eBay look into this???
