It took so many hours (approx 6) to get all the updates installed before the phone was able to be setup. I was about to put in an RMA because the WIFI wasn't working. It wasn't clear to me that updates were required (soooo many updates) before the phone was going to work. It may be a good idea to pass this information along to your customers by placing some type of note in the box prior to shipping OR by sending an email following shipment. Ty
