The seller came through on the date promised, BUT the uncaring truck driver tossed the cardboard box by our garage in the rain. No one knocked on our door, so it sat outside all night and got very wet. The plastic covering on the bells "saved" the seed from getting soaked. Before buying more of these, I'd recommend that this seller consider sending them to us via another carrier.

I notified the company that my items had not been delivered. They did a quick investigation and promptly refunded my m9ney once they realized it was not delivered to my house. I rate them at FIVE STARS because they made a bad situation tolerable and I am satisfied. This is a good company to do business with.
