    Been using this product for at least 3 years now. I have 5 adult children in my family. Whenever anyone feels a sore throat coming on or realize they have a cold, they go for these silver lozenges first. The family likes the taste and they have found the lozenges effective in cutting short the duration as well as the severity of the cold or sore throat. Notably more effective than what we've tried available in loacal pharmacy or health food store. The family keeps up their full-time job and extra-curricular activities while just leaving these in the corner of the mouth. Been through at least a 15 bags; I tend to buy 3-4 bags near the fall and/or the Jan-Mar timeframe. The lozenge is small. You do not need to "suck" on them.
