However, after numerous attempts to persuade me to keep what I received, they only offered me 1/2 refund and I could keep broken item (which I explained does me no good). Not a satisfied customer @ all and I would definitely recommend that one does NOT use this vender

I got my refund almost immediately. Great seller. This was a heavyduty clutch and the price was fair.
