The quality of this coat is so much better than the other that i purchased. Heavy duty for sure and will keep my boopie dog nice and warm. We go out and walk in low 20 degree weather. The seller quickly took action and corrected it. They graciously sent us two more of two diff colors and sizes to try and make the best fit for a chiweenie. In case you are wondering, the small version of the D sizing should fit your weenie dog well. We did notice the small to medium was quite a big jump up, so I would recommend reposting the small as a XS, and then adding in another size a bit longer
