They said it wasn’t in its “packaging box” BUT they provided a tracking #. Turns out they gave me someone else’s tracking number to appease the system but continued to lie about it saying the shipping company must’ve mis-delivered the bike. Ended up getting a refund. Wouldn’t trust these guys.

The seller refund my expense for the service of replacing the imner tube. Communication was punctual and CS was very good. I recommend the seller and the product.
