The packaging was not damaged and there was a lot of padding all around so extremely well packed. The seller placed the blame for damage on the carrier. The damage is cosmetic, and the seller did offer to replace. I decide against replacement due to the time already invested in swapping out my old system and needing to keep my business rolling.
