      Ordered 4800PCS Bracelet Kit but received a 3900PCS kit. I emailed the seller about the issue and 4 days later received a email back stating how sorry they are, and how they plan to fix the issue. But nothing was ever done to fix the issue. In the mean time my daughter wanted to play with her new bracelet kit, so we opened it. And to file a (item not as described) really isn't feasible now due to eBay more than likely wanting the item back . Shipping was fast. But service was terrible.
