The handle was dented & scratched (likely due to no padding in cat food bag) it functions as it should but was not as described & covered in old cat food. No response from seller. Buyer paid $12 for the item shipping cost us $10.68 in a reinforced bag wrapped around it for protection any more weight or size shipping would have been over $16 to ship it and instead of cancelling the order we tried to be nice and shipped it and between shipping and e-bays fees we made nothing from the sale.
